POSTAGE & HANDLING

The Corner Life & Style uses Australia Post as their preferred delivery service provider.

Our postage and handling charges are as follows

  • Standard delivery $10 per order
  • Express delivery service available on request, just email or call us
  • Oversized delivery items may incur additional costs. These will be advised prior to final purchase
  • International delivery costs will be advised and charged as per order and destination

Things you need to know

  • Items will be sent on first business day after sale, we aim to have them in your mailbox within 3-5 days. To ensure a quick arrival please use a business hours address so that the item can be delivered promptly
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  This lets you find out where your item is on its journey simply by entering the number at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
  • We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once they have been sent

RETURNS INFORMATION

The Corner Life & Style wants you to love your purchase!  If the item isn't the perfect fit or you are not happy with your selection please return for refund or store credit.

How to return an item for a refund or store credit

  • Notify us hello@thecornerlifeandstyle.com.au within 7 days and tell us what you are returning with your order number found on the top of your receipt.
  • Send your item using a traceable service, such as an Australia Post Prepaid Parcel Post satchel. We are both then able to track your returning items’ progress
  • Refund/Store Credit please allow up to 3 working days once the return is received to process your return
  • No Returns - Please note there is no return on sale items, swimwear, jewellery or intimates. All these sales are final

Things you need to know

  • All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. They should be not have been worn or washed, be undamaged and free from makeup/deodorant marks
  • Postage and handling costs will not be refunded
  • Items received without notification or after the 7 days will be subject to store credit only
  • After 14 days your item is unable to be returned
  • Please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to process funds back into your account
  • If you believe you have received a faulty item, please send a photo of the item and the order number to hello@thecornerlifeandstyle.com.au

The Corner Life & Style reserves the right to deny refunds and store credits if the items returned do not meet these requirements
